New to Medical Weight Loss? You're in the Right Place.
You are not expected to arrive knowing which medication you need,
what dose is right for you, or how quickly your treatment should change.
Reveille is designed to give patients a clear process, medical oversight,
RN education, and a place to ask questions throughout treatment.
Prescribing decisions are made by the appropriate licensed provider,
while your Reveille care team helps you understand and navigate the plan.
Guidance Matters
Especially when you're just getting started
Beginner Friendly
Questions Are Welcome
If you've never used a GLP-1 medication before, it is normal to have
questions. We help you understand the process, dosing plan, follow-up,
pharmacy shipping, and what to expect as treatment progresses.
Individualized
More Is Not Automatically Better
Treatment does not need to feel like a race to the highest dose.
Dose decisions are based on individual response, tolerance, goals,
clinical appropriateness, and prescribing-provider guidance.
Ongoing Support
Care Beyond the Prescription
Your care does not end when medication ships. Progress and tolerance
are reviewed, questions can be addressed, and concerns can be directed
to the appropriate member of the medical team when needed.

Maintenance & Individualized Dosing
Treatment does not have to be one-size-fits-all
Weight Loss Doesn't End When You Reach Your Goal
Reaching your goal weight is an important milestone,
but maintaining progress matters too. For appropriate patients,
ongoing care may include an individualized maintenance strategy
based on treatment response, appetite control, tolerance,
weight stability, health goals, and prescribing-provider guidance.
Some patients may respond well without continually increasing
medication doses. When medically appropriate, the prescribing
provider may consider maintaining a current dose or using an
individualized lower-dose approach rather than following a
one-size-fits-all escalation schedule.
What about "microdosing"?
"Microdosing" is commonly used online to describe lower-dose
approaches, but it is not a standardized medical dosing term.
Reveille does not use a single microdosing protocol for everyone.
When appropriate, individualized lower-dose or maintenance
strategies may be considered by the prescribing provider based
on the patient's clinical needs and response.

Medical Weight Loss FAQs
Common questions from new and established Texas patients
I've never used a GLP-1 before. Is Reveille a good place to start?
Reveille is designed to support both first-time and experienced
medical weight loss patients. New patients receive screening,
required provider evaluation, treatment education, RN support,
and ongoing follow-up. You do not need to know which medication
or dose you need before scheduling.
How do I know which medication is right for me?
Medication selection is individualized and depends on medical history,
current medications, treatment goals, contraindications,
prior treatment experience, and provider judgment.
Prescription decisions are made by the appropriate licensed provider.
Do I automatically have to increase my dose every month?
Not necessarily. Dose decisions are individualized.
Treatment response, appetite control, tolerance, side effects,
goals, and clinical appropriateness are considered before changes
are made. Any dose adjustment must follow prescribing-provider direction.
What if I'm worried about side effects?
Questions and concerns are encouraged. Reveille provides RN education
and follow-up to help patients understand common treatment effects,
monitor tolerance, and identify when a concern should be escalated
to the prescribing provider or evaluated urgently.
Do you offer GLP-1 microdosing or lower-dose options?
Reveille uses individualized dosing rather than a single protocol
for every patient. "Microdosing" is not a standardized medical term,
but lower-dose or maintenance strategies may be considered by the
prescribing provider for appropriate patients based on clinical
response, goals, and tolerance.
Can I stay on a lower dose if it is working for me?
Potentially. Continued dosing depends on your individual response
and the prescribing provider's clinical judgment.
The goal is an appropriate treatment plan, not simply reaching
the highest available dose.
What happens after I reach my goal weight?
Appropriate patients may transition into an individualized
maintenance strategy. Weight stability, appetite control,
response, tolerance, health goals, and provider recommendations
are considered when planning continued care.
Can I transfer to Reveille if I'm already taking a GLP-1?
Patients already receiving medical weight loss treatment may schedule
with Reveille for evaluation. Current medication, dose, treatment history,
response, side effects, medical history, and eligibility are reviewed
before any prescription or treatment plan is continued or changed.
