- Medical supervision: All weight-loss care includes a Good Faith Exam by a Nurse Practitioner ($35 per year). Ongoing care and follow-up are provided under NP/MD medical oversight.
- Medication sourcing: All GLP-1/GIP medications used in our programs are dispensed through licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies. These pharmacies meet state and federal compounding standards. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved but may be prescribed when an FDA-approved alternative is unavailable or when a compounded formulation is deemed medically appropriate.
- Eligibility: Treatment requires clinical evaluation and may include laboratory testing. These medications are not appropriate for every patient. Individual results will vary.
- Contraindications (not exhaustive): personal or family history of MTC or MEN2; history of pancreatitis; gallbladder disease; severe GI disease; pregnancy or breastfeeding. A full medical review is performed during your Good Faith Exam.
- Potential side effects: nausea, vomiting, reflux, constipation/diarrhea, decreased appetite, fatigue, abdominal pain, and injection-site irritation. Rare but serious risks will be reviewed prior to treatment.
- Informed consent & privacy: Services require signed medical consent and HIPAA privacy documentation. Telehealth may be used when appropriate and permitted by Texas regulations.
- Financial transparency: Member discounts apply only to full-price, in-clinic services and cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated. Pricing and availability may change based on medical standards, pharmacy availability, or ingredient costs.
- Emergency instructions: For severe reactions (difficulty breathing, chest pain, signs of allergic reaction), call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
