Do you offer HRT near Alamo Ranch?
Yes. Reveille is based in San Antonio near Alamo Ranch and Far West San Antonio. HRT visits are virtual for eligible Texas residents, so local patients and qualifying patients throughout Texas can participate.
How do I know if my symptoms could be hormone-related?
Symptoms such as fatigue, low libido, sleep changes, mood changes, or reduced strength can have many possible causes. The provider evaluates symptoms together with medical history, medications, risk factors, and laboratory results before determining whether HRT may be appropriate.
What happens at my first HRT appointment?
Your virtual Nurse Practitioner visit reviews symptoms, health history, medications, goals, and safety considerations. The provider then determines what laboratory testing is appropriate and explains the next steps.
Will someone explain my HRT lab results?
Yes. Laboratory findings are reviewed by the provider together with your symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals. HRT decisions are not based on a single lab value alone.
How is my HRT dose determined?
Medication and dosing are individualized by the licensed provider based on clinical assessment, laboratory findings, symptoms, medical history, response, and safety considerations. Patients should not change prescribed doses on their own.
What if I have side effects or I do not feel better?
HRT requires follow-up. Symptoms, side effects, treatment response, and laboratory findings are monitored so the provider can decide whether continued treatment, additional evaluation, or a treatment adjustment may be appropriate.
Can I transfer my HRT care to Reveille if I'm already on treatment?
Yes, existing HRT patients may schedule for evaluation. The provider will review current medications, prior labs, treatment history, symptoms, response, and medical history before deciding whether treatment should be continued or changed.
Do you offer HRT for women?
Yes. Eligible women may be evaluated for hormone replacement therapy after provider assessment and appropriate laboratory testing. Recommendations depend on symptoms, history, lab results, risks, and clinical appropriateness.
Do you offer HRT for men?
Yes. Eligible men may be evaluated for hormone replacement therapy through Reveille's virtual Texas program. Provider assessment, laboratory testing, and ongoing monitoring guide treatment decisions.
Is this program completely virtual?
Yes. Nurse Practitioner visits and follow-ups are completed virtually. Labs are completed through Quest, and medication is shipped directly from the pharmacy when prescribed.
Do I have to do labs?
Yes. Laboratory testing is part of the evaluation and monitoring process. Your provider determines which labs are appropriate and when repeat testing is needed.
How often will I need follow-up?
Repeat labs and virtual follow-up visits are typically completed monthly for approximately the first 3 months. After stabilization, monitoring typically moves to a 6-month check-in and then annual follow-up unless the provider recommends otherwise.
How much does HRT cost at Reveille?
Virtual Nurse Practitioner visits are $35. Women's medication is currently $175 for an 8-week supply and men's medication is $175 for a 5-week supply when prescribed. Quest laboratory costs are separate and may be billed through insurance or paid using available self-pay options.
Will I automatically qualify for HRT?
No. Hormone therapy is prescribed only when the licensed provider determines it is clinically appropriate after reviewing medical history, symptoms, laboratory results, risk factors, and contraindications.
