Who performs treatments at Reveille Botox and Beyond?
All treatments are performed by Patricia Scogin, RN, BSN. Reveille is a single-injector practice, which means clients receive consistent care from the same Registered Nurse injector at each visit.
What qualifications should I look for in a Botox injector?
Clients should look for strong medical training, injector-specific education, safety awareness, aesthetic judgment, and a provider who explains treatment clearly. Consistency, conservative treatment planning, and an emphasis on natural results are also important.
What makes an injector safe?
A safe injector combines clinical training, appropriate product knowledge, individualized assessment, strong consent practices, and clear aftercare instructions. Safety also means knowing when not to treat, when to modify a plan, and how to recognize and respond to complications appropriately.
What is your training and experience in injectables?
Patricia is a Registered Nurse with a BSN and a background in intensive care nursing. She is master certified in neurotoxins and dermal fillers and has completed advanced injector training focused on safe technique, facial anatomy, natural results, and complication awareness.
Have you received advanced training or cadaver training?
Yes. Advanced training and anatomy-based education are a priority. Patricia has invested in ongoing advanced injector education, including higher-level training focused on facial anatomy, safety, and refined treatment planning.
Do you continue your education and training regularly?
Yes. Continuing education is part of how Reveille maintains a safe and high-quality standard of care. Ongoing training helps ensure updated knowledge in anatomy, product use, safety protocols, and evolving best practices in aesthetics.
What is a Good Faith Exam and why is it required?
A Good Faith Exam, or GFE, is a medical evaluation completed by the supervising Nurse Practitioner as required for certain services. It helps confirm candidacy and supports compliant medical oversight. At Reveille, the annual GFE fee is $35 for applicable services.
What safety protocols do you follow?
Safety protocols include individualized assessment, informed consent, product and dosing review, appropriate sanitation and technique, emergency preparedness, aftercare guidance, and clear documentation. Treatments are never one-size-fits-all and are only performed when appropriate.
