- Memberships are individual; they cannot be shared or transferred.
- 10% member discount, refer-a-friend gift, and birthday gift may not combine with other discounts (nurse discounts, lifetime membership, or holiday specials) unless explicitly stated.
- Members are encouraged to select whichever discount yields the greatest advantage at time of purchase.
- Member discount is not applicable to the online vitamin storefront because online purchases cannot be verified per member at checkout.

Compliance & Safety
Clear, transparent terms.
- Membership: Annual fee is $99.99 and renews yearly unless canceled. Benefits active upon enrollment.
- GFE Requirement: A $35 annual Good Faith Exam with our Nurse Practitioner is required for certain services (e.g., neurotoxin, prescription creams, weight-loss medications). Separate from membership fee.
- Compounding: Where applicable, prescription products may be dispensed via licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies. Compounded products are not FDA-approved but may be prescribed when clinically appropriate.
- Clinical Judgment: Candidacy, dosing, and product selection are individualized; we may defer, modify, or refer when appropriate. Results vary.
- Limitations: Discounts may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Not valid for online vitamin storefront unless noted.
- Emergency: For severe reactions (e.g., difficulty breathing, chest pain), call 911 and contact our clinic.
